REFUND POLICY
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging.
- Your refund for the total value of the returned item(s) (excluding original postage paid) will be issued to the original payment method.
- Post your items back to us using the post office, or other courier of your choice. The fee for these services is payable by you.
- We can not accept returns in person.
- Include a note with your order number, why you are returning the item and if you would like a refund or an exchange.
- Keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we are responsible for your parcel only when it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
- Please allow 14 days from us receiving your return to process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds can only be made to the original payment method, if a card is lost or stolen then we can still refund to it. We can not refund to a different card.
- If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item and post it back to you.
- Please note that your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification or lingerie/swimwear products.
